Apply to join the Human Rights Committee

It is the policy of Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions to ensure that each of its enrollees is afforded basic human rights during the receipt of mental health, substance use/addiction and intellectual and developmental disability services, including the right to dignity, privacy, humane care and freedom from mental and physical abuse, neglect and exploitation.  Cardinal Innovations' closed network of providers shall ensure that each client has the right to live as normally as possible while receiving care and treatment.  As a result, Cardinal Innovations has established a Client Rights Committee, which is dedicated to ensuring the protection of the rights of all individuals suffering from mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse disorders who are enrolled with Cardinal Innovations and receiving services from Cardinal Innovations' closed network of providers.  Cardinal Innovations' Client Rights Committee shall be comprised of at least sixteen individuals, one residing in each county currently served by Cardinal Innovations.
