Crisis Recovery Centers
Crisis Recovery Centers help individuals who need to be stabilized on their medications or those who need help with detox from drugs or alcohol. There are two Crisis Recovery Centers in the Cardinal Innovations Healthcare service area—one in Kannapolis and one in Monroe. Daymark Recovery Services operates both centers. The centers are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you are experiencing a crisis related to mental health or substance use disorder, you can walk into either center and a specialist will assist you. The centers also serve individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities who are experiencing mental health or substance use/addiction crises.
Comprehensive Community Clinics
Comprehensive Community Clinics (CCCs) are designed to provide Cardinal Innovations' members increased access to Medicaid and IPRS safety net services, which include basic therapy and medication management in addition to other core services as defined in N.C. General Statute 122C-3. You may go to any of the Comprehensive Community Clinics within the Cardinal Innovations Healthcare network to receive services. Or you can call the 24-hour, toll-free number: 1-800-939-5911.
