Handbooks & Manuals >Handbooks and manuals offer important information for members needing services for mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities and substance use/addiction conditions. We offer information for individuals who do not have Medicaid and are seeking state-funded services, as well as information on our network of 900 providers.
Member Engagement >Member Engagement Specialists work out of the Community Offices and assist individuals to navigate the public health care system for mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities and substance use disorder services. They provide education for members and families on MH/IDD/SA health topics.
Resources >Cardinal Innovations Healthcare has many online resources available to help members and their families, providers and stakeholders access and understand services offered under the 1915 (b)(c) Medicaid managed care waiver. Rights & Responsibilities >As a recipient of services through Cardinal Innovations, you have member rights & responsibilities which are outlined here. You also have the right to information about how to file a grievance or an appeal. The Human Rights Committee monitors Cardinal Innovations’ compliance with state and federal rules around confidentiality, member rights and complaints. The HRC reports findings to the Board of Directors and to the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee
