Tai Chi with Kelly

Kelly will introduce and guide you in the art of Tai Chi. This exercise uses slow-moving martial arts with mindful deep breathing techniques to improve your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical health. This session is for all levels. Wear comfortable clothes, grab a chair, and clear a safe space to move around in.
