Chair Yoga with Jane

Chair Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available. There is a mix of breathing exercises, poses while sitting on a chair, and poses while standing next to a chair for support. The poses, are usually similar to modern yoga poses and can help with balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.

Jane Allen is helping you practice this form of yoga in today's virtual wellness event.
