Providers
Guidelines and resources
Here you will find current adopted Clinical Practice Guidelines and additional resources for providers in our network to reference. These are identified, reviewed and adopted by the Clinical Advisory Committee (CAC).
Clinical Practice Guidelines meet local, state, and national standards of practice for intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and substance abuse disorders. These are to be used by providers to support clinical decision-making and to improve member care.
If nationally recognized Clinical Practice Guidelines are not available, providers may review Best Practice Guidelines and resources provided below. These may not have been subject to the same level of peer review or reflect the most recent literature, but the CAC has determined that the information may be useful to providers.
