Cardinal Innovations "Round 2" COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic in Charlotte

Cardinal Innovations Healthcare — June 01, 2021
Cardinal Innovations Healthcare and Mecklenburg County have organized a second COVID-19 vaccine event in Charlotte. This "Round Two" vaccine clinic will help Charlotte residents get their COVID-19 vaccine. Those who attended the first clinic in mid-May can come to get their second Pfizer shot as well.

Individuals getting their first dose will receive a $25 gift card. Transporters (those taking someone to get their first dose) may also receive a $25 gift card. However, the following conditions apply to transporters:
  • Only non-commercial transporters can receive a gift card. Therefore, this excludes rideshare drivers who are paid for the trip (e.g. Uber, Lyft, taxi).
  • Transporters must provide a round-trip ride to and from the vaccine site.
  • Transporters must sign their initials to an attestation log. They also must be with the person receiving the vaccine.
  • Transporters will only receive one gift card per trip, even if several people are driven during one trip.
Both the person getting the vaccine and their transporter must be 18 or older to receive a gift card. Those getting their second dose are not eligible for a gift card.

Attendees will receive their vaccine inside the school. As with the last event, there will be activities for the whole family to enjoy.
