Cardinal Innovations Healthcare — April 30, 2015

CHARLOTTE, JUNE 30, 2015 – Cardinal Innovations Healthcare rolled out a new community office model today designed to better serve special populations in Alamance and Caswell counties as it relocated its Alamance-Caswell Community Office from 2541 South Church Street to 2929 Crouse Lane, Suite B in Burlington, N.C. The new office is intended to increase community engagement by providing a hub for community operations strategically located near key providers and stakeholders in an effort to provide ease of access for the members it serves, while deploying staff responsible for ensuring customer service and quality assurance directly into the local community.

“Cardinal Innovations constantly seeks new and innovative approaches to meet the unique needs of the special populations it serves, and we believe this model will do just that,” said Debra Welch, Director of Community Operations for the Alamance-Caswell Community Office. “We look forward to continuing to meet the needs of our members, and welcome opportunities to further collaborate with our providers and community stakeholders.”
