George Ingram joined Cardinal Innovations Healthcare in September 2020 as Vice President of Network Development in Network Management. He is responsible for developing our network of providers.
Ingram has over 30 years of experience in contracting, network development, managed long-term support services, and business development in commercial and governmental programs.
Prior to joining Cardinal Innovations, Ingram worked for Healthcare Partners, IPA/MSO, in Garden City, N.Y., where he has served as Regional Vice President of Network Development since 2016. While there, Ingram managed Medicaid, Medicare advantage, and commercial interests. He also oversaw contract negotiations and Utilization Management. He worked to reduce hospital inpatient and Emergency Room (ER) use, and created a Public Access TV program to educate members and providers on various medical topics, serving as host since 2018.
Since 2000, Ingram has served as a publicly elected trustee of the Incorporated Village of South Floral Park, N.Y., where he was responsible for village administration and financial matters along with the mayor and three other trustees. Ingram has also served as deputy mayor of South Floral Park. He is a Volunteer Licensed Emergency Medical Technician and former captain of the South Floral Park Rescue Squad.
Ingram is a graduate of Colgate University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/International Relations and Fordham University with an MBA in Finance.
